Cultivating intellectual curiosity.

Dr. Ali Soylu is currently a Tenured Associate Professor of Management in the School of Graduate and Professional Studies, Department of Business at Cameron University, Lawton, Oklahoma. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University in Eskisehir, Turkey. Dr. Soylu got his MBA (in Finance) from Drexel University and his Ph.D. degree from Fox School of Business and Management, Temple University, in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Soylu is also a free-lance writer on social, political issues. His research interests are in the areas of job stress, job security, cross-cultural human resources, foreign workers/expatriates, and International Human Resource Management.

Dr. Serdar Aydin is a Clinical Assistant Professor at J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University, where he teaches undergraduate and graduate courses. Holding a doctoral degree from the Arnold School of Public Health at the University of South Carolina, Dr. Aydin has excelled in academia and practice. He completed a post-doctoral fellowship and has been recognized with numerous awards for his contributions. Dr. Aydin’s dedication to research is evident through his editorial role in a respected scientific journal. He has also held various leadership positions in both profit and non-profit sectors, including president, vice president, board member, advisory board participant, and consultant. Actively participating in global seminars and conferences, Dr. Aydin continuously contributes to advancing knowledge. His expertise and commitment drive positive transformations in academia and practice. With a forward-thinking perspective, Dr. Aydin is a highly respected figure in the academic community, leaving a lasting impact on progress and positive change.

Nuri Balta received a B.S. from Bogazici University, and a PhD degree in Physics Education from Middle East Technical University in Turkey. His research interests focus on teacher professional development, counterintuitive physics, science demonstrations, and developing strategies to improve teaching and learning physics. He has designed many in-service training courses for teachers, has prepared many students for the International Physics Olympiads, and science projects. He likes running, traveling, and listening to Kurdish music.
